Standard Flat Roof

A standard build includes:

  • Foundations: ground screws or concrete piles dependant on ground type
  • Insulated Timber base
  • Insulated 100mm timber walls
  • Insulated Timber roof structure
  • EDPM roof membrane
  • PVC-u Patio door
  • Cladding or render to external elevations
  • Plaster board and skim to all internal walls
  • 90mm skirting board to internal walls
  • Under coated and painted internal walls and woodwork
  • A range of flooring options to choose from
  • 1 x 2kw electric heater
  • 2 x LED panel lights
  • 4 x brushed satin double sockets
  • 2 x brushed satin double sockets with usb charging points
  • 1 x door heater with cooling setting to act as air con for summer days
  • 2x Outside lights
  • 1 x electric supply to house with upgraded 4-way consumer unit for additional shed. *

*This supply will be surfaced and run along your existing fence.

This style of outbuilding is perfect for smaller gardens which want a more traditional style keeping to permitted development guidelines.
