We don’t offer explicit packages, each of our out-buildings are built and designed with our clients requirements in mind. You will have freedom to choose the building’s shape and size dependant on your site, materials used and final finishes you would like inside depending on the buildings purpose.

Planning Permission
When choosing a garden room or summer house there are many factors to take into account. One thing that will need careful consideration is whether you need planning permission and what implications this will have on your building. We are highly experienced with many years of working with planning authorities and can advise on all aspects of planning permission.
Site Clearance and Base Creation
Once you have chosen to begin your project, the first step is to prepare the area. This means clearing away whatever is in this space already then levelling the area ready for the build to begin. A building is only as good as its foundations, so we offer ground screws, mini piles for ease of fitting and speed however we also offer a range of other foundation types. Our wealth of building experience allows us to tailor the foundations to your project to ensure that you have the best solution for your ground type and the size of your project.
Decking and Landscaping
Depending on how you intend to use your beautiful new garden room, you may want to add on additional landscaping to be able to make the most of your new space. We can offer all types of decking and hard landscaping to complement your garden room.
Exterior Finishes
The outside finishes will protect your out-building from the elements but they should also be stunning to look at. We can offer a wide range of finishes from timber cladding, composite cladding, silicone-based render or brick slips to finish your out-building.
Plumbing
There are many reasons that you might want running water in your outhouse, we can assist you with any plumbing to make your garden room the perfect fit for your needs.
