This project involved fixing structural damage to existing house and fitting steelwork for support. Internally we also rewired the electrics and installed a new central heating system, 3 ensuite bathrooms and a Jack and Jill Bathroom. We fitted an Orangery in the hall way, laid stone flooring in entrance hall, kitchen and utility areas and completed decoration working alongside Interior Designers.

What did you think about the overall level of service that you received?
We have been very pleased with the work done by THI. Plans were discussed in advance and costs agreed. Given the complexity of the work with several other improvements running in parallel, co-ordination and co-operation were essential and this was achieved harmoniously. All sub-contractors were closely supervised and recalled if work was not considered up to the mark; rarely was this necessary. THI were also very flexible. We discovered problems with a wall and ceiling not part of the renovation plan, both of which had to be dealt with urgently. This was done speedily and effectively.
What did you think of the quality of the completed project?
The final quality is of a high standard and we are very pleased with the outcome. Any snagging points prior to completion were dealt with swiftly.

As a result we would recommend THI highly to others considering renovations, whether big or small.
